My daughter and her fiance moved to Port Charlotte on Monday from CO. I wanted to gift them some home cooking and after reading the reviews decided that Wally's was a good choice. We serve Southern style Barbecue: fresh pork, beef and chicken slow-cooked in our smoker over hickory wood, some for 24 hours. Our Smoked Meats include pulled pork, smoked chicken, brisket and ribs, and our BBQ is flavored only with smoke and a light dry rub, so you add the sauce you like.
